Rehabilitaciones.

Contamos con un equipo especializado en todo tipo de trabajos referentes a rehabilitación de edificaciones, ya sean de carácter parcial o integral.

Llevamos a cabo estudios e informes detallados de las patologías y defectos para posteriormente definir y plasmar la mejor solución a adoptar en cada caso para la subsanación de las anomalías encontradas.

Certificación Energética de Edificios.

A partir del 1 de Junio de 2013 según el Real Decreto 235/2013 del 5 de Abril es obligatorio disponer de un Certificado de Eficiencia Energética para poder construir, vender o alquilar edificios o unidades de éstos (viviendas, locales, etc…).

Solicite nuestro servicio de certificación y nos encargaremos de todo, incluido un estudio de mejora de la eficiencia así como de todos los trámites y registros administrativos necesarios para la obtención de dicho Certificado.
